Please join us at the Metro District Community Design Workshop. The Metro District Transit Oriented Communities consultant team and City of Phoenix will be hosting a series of interactive and group discussions focused on topics such as opportunities for future housing, mobility, development, and infrastructure.

Why participate?

We’ve heard the community’s visions for the future of Metro District and now we need your help in guiding our urban designers and planners to bring the community’s vision life! Your guidance and input are critical at this phase in the planning process to ensure drawings, illustrations, and other details depict your community’s vision and priorities for the future. The result will lead to a draft Metro District TOC Policy Plan that will guide growth, land use and infrastructure investments towards achieving the community’s vision for decades to come.
