May 6 – West Plaza Neighborhood Alley Clean-Up

WPNA Neighbors!    This is the weekend of our alley clean-up  – consider joining the crew!

We are organizing neighborhood volunteers to clean-up the alleys in our area on Saturday, May 6^th.    This first go-around will be a clean-up from 35th to 39th Avenues – alleys between Lamar/Lawrence, Lawrence/Ocotillo and hopefully Ocotillo/Krall

• Sign-Up Table will be at 37^th Avenue and Lawrence   –  7:30 am
• Need Volunteers – Bring Tools, if possible (rake, gas weed eater/blower)
• We will provide gloves, shovels, and trash bags!

We will be picking-up debris, looking for graffiti, cutting weeds.

We are organizing this clean-up because we have noticed some messy alleys and want to help our neighbors!  We want a blight free neighborhood, and you should too.   So … come out and help us!  Let’s work together on this project and on other alley clean-ups that will be organized in the months ahead.

We will have some refreshments, and drawings for 

give-aways.    Remember to HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!
