Jan 27 – Cactus Park Community Alliance (CPCA) Meeting

January 27 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Please join us on Wednesday, January 27th for a presentation and update on the progress being made and plans for the near future of Light Rail to Metro Center.  Michael Book of Valley Metro will bring us up to speed and stick around to answer any questions you have about the Northwest Extension.

If you would like learn more in advance of our meeting, please click the link to visit the Valley Metro Northwest Extension web page.

We are still in pandemic and not able to meet in person so this meeting will be held virtually on the Zoom platform.  The meeting invitation will be sent to our email recipients and posted here on Monday, January 25th.  Look for it!

Also – In January of each year we welcome new Board Members, and this year will say goodbye to two folks who have served us over the past few years.  We wish Frank and Judy all the best and are thankful they have agreed to continue to help us out when they are able.

While we will miss them, their departure creates opportunities for new perspectives from others among us.  And yes, this means you.

If you know of a Community member who is willing and able to help guide our organization please nominate them (or self-nominate) by sending an email to CommunityInfo@cpcaaz.org.

Board Members is comprised of Community members who have attended 3 or more meetings or events of the Alliance in the past 12 months.  This includes our upcoming January 27th meeting as well as past in person and virtual meetings.

If you have a passion for being part of a group whose purpose is serving our neighbors and promoting crime reduction and safety, please consider nominating someone or yourself.
